Final Evaluation of the project “Consolidating the Democratisation Process in the Security Sector in Serbia IV phase”

InTER was hired by the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) to perform the Final Evaluation of the project “Consolidating the Democratisation Process in the Security Sector in Serbia IV phase”. The main purpose of the project is strengthening the democratic character of civilian-military relations and contributing to a more efficient functioning of the armed forces within the framework of a comprehensive concept of security.

The evaluation was implemented from November 2019 to January 2020, and it included assessment of quality of project activities in Serbia.
