IMG_1221.jpg On Tuesday, April 28, 2015, in NALED offices in Belgrade, InTER organised a round table on “A Model for Smart Municipal Services Reporting System for the Citizens Reporting Communal Problems: System Sustainability Possibilities”. Discussions were focused on advantages and disadvantages of the existing models, previous experiences and effects, as well as recommendations for sustainability of Smart Systems Municipal Services Reporting System for the Citizens Reporting Problems to Local Self-Governments and Public Utility Companies.

The round table was organized within the regional project implemented by NALED in cooperation with GIZ, SDC and a group of partners from Serbia, Macedonia and Montenegro.
