A training organized within the Project "Climbing on Berim Rocks - Dare to Imagine"

Trening_Kosovo.jpg Within the project “Climbing on Berim Rocks – Dare to Imagine”, financially supported by the Embassy of Finland, PPSE Programme of the Swiss Government and USAID, trainings were organized with the goal to strengthen InTER’s organizational capacity. This training, third in a row, was organized on September 3-4, 2015 in Zubin Potok. Two components were implemented within the two-day training: “Strategic Planning and Monitoring of Projects and Programs based on Result Based Management” and “HRBA and the Cross-cutting Themes in the Finish Development Cooperation”. Through practical examples and team exercises, InTER’s staff had an opportunity to learn about the tools of Result Based Management and the development concept based on human rights. In total, 5 trainings (10 days) were planned within the project. Project duration is 10 months, from March 1 until December 31, 2015.
