zasajtsek.jpg On Monday, November 30, 2015, a workshop was organised in Belgrade for sectorial civil society organizations with the name "SEKO Mechanism – better Heard and Seen!”.

Serbian European Integration Office (SEIO) organised a workshop in cooperation with the Office for Cooperation with Civil Society, representatives of TACSO and Trag Foundation.

Workshop goals were related to: revision of the vision, values and purposes of SEKO Mechanism; analysing and redefining the role and responsibilities within the teams and sectors; setting clear rules in communications between sectors and communication with the public and knowing the sector members better.

Workshop participants were representatives of SEKO Consortium, and Institute for Territorial Economic Development – InTER had a representative within the Competitiveness Sector. During the workshop, within different teams and mechanisms, a vision and purpose of SEKO Mechanism were discussed, team practice and specific steps for definition of roles and responsibilities of the members of SEKO Consortium (what can we offer to the mechanism, what we miss and what are the obstacles).

In the following period, we expect to define a new structure of the functioning of SEKO Mechanism and action plans for 2016.
