20160406_120801.jpg On April 6, the first workshop was organized at InTER’s office within the project “Roma Entrepreneurship: Challenges and Perspectives“, implemented by InTER and YUROM Centre. Project objective is to raise awareness on specificity of Roma entrepreneurship in Serbia, their obstacles in everyday business, and definition of proposed solutions for these problems on the policy level. The project will be implemented in three parts: (1) carrying out fieldwork research and writing the policy paper; (2) making a documentary movie on Roma entrepreneurship and a clip that will visualize findings of the research, and (3) policy advocacy. The workshop was attended by representatives of YUROM Centre and InTER, who defined the action plan and guidelines for further steps and activities of the team members.

In the following period, the project team will conduct desk research and identify the key stakeholders in the field of Roma Entrepreneurship.
